Click the My Account link at the top or bottom of any page to log-in to customer service and access your account. When you log-in, you must provide your user ID and password to identify and authenticate yourself with our server. If you are having trouble logging-in, please note the following:
FinalTel cannot tell you what your current password is, since passwords are stored in an encrypted form and can't be decrypted (referred to as a one-way hash). The only solution to a forgotten password is for FinalTel to set your password to a value that we both know. Enter your registered e-mail address and phone number below and click submit. The new password will be indicated at the top of the page. If the password is "Your credit card number that ends with XX", enter the actual credit card number without spaces, not the literal text in quotes! If you still can't log-in, send your registered e-mail address and phone number in an e-mail to Subscriber_Services@finaltel.com that explains the problem you are having. FinalTel recommends that you change your password to a different value upon logging-in.
