FinalTel offers the following services:
"1+" is a direct-dialed outbound service available through presubscription of your residential or business telephone number. Usage rates vary depending upon the calls being in-state, state-to-state, or international (see Rates). Our 1+ service uses standard telephones and does not involve the Internet.
"8XX" (800, 888, 877, 866, 855) is an inbound service available for residential and business usage. The toll-free number "rings" to an assigned telephone number. Usage is billed to your account. Usage rates vary depending upon the calls being in-state, state-to-state, or international (see Rates).
Note that this 8XX service is NOT the "home style" service that requires dialing an access number and entering a PIN. Callers simply dial your 8XX number only.
FinalTel provides a "virtual" calling card service that can be used from any telephone. Access to the service is by dialing a toll-free number, entering an assigned card number, and entering the destination telephone number. Operator Assistance is also available when needed. Usage rates vary depending upon the calls being in-state, state-to-state, or international (see Rates).
Note that to provide the lowest rates possible, this service does NOT include a physical card.
Directory Assistance is available for 1+ and card calls by dialing 1-AreaCode-555-1212. Two requests can be made on each call to the directory assistance bureau. Usage rate is fixed per call (see Rates).
